02 — Why this programme
Who is the programme for? For ambitious students who think internationally and want to lead companies — whether in management consulting, international marketing, taking over a family business, or founding a company of your own.
What you'll learn: You acquire the full management know-how — from strategy, finance, marketing, operations and human resources — combined with the intercultural competence that is decisive for leadership roles in an international environment. The programme is taught 100% in English and combines academic foundations with hands-on company projects and real case studies.
The outcome: You graduate optimally prepared for entry-level management positions in internationally active companies. Through an 18-week internship, close exchange with companies, and our international network, you gain valuable practical experience during your studies.
All lectures, materials and assessments in English — taught by native speakers and international lecturers.
Fellow students from across the globe, intercultural team projects from semester one.
Integrated 18-week internship in semester four — in Germany or abroad. Lecture-free days offer the opportunity for working-student jobs.
Erasmus+ partner network across Europe. Full credit transfer, fully fundable.
Earn a second Bachelor in Business Administration at VAMK in Vaasa (Finland).
Direct introductions to network partners. Guest speakers, company visits, SAP courses.
03 — Curriculum
Comprehensive enough to cover every area of international business, and solid enough to succeed. Take a look at the course content in each semester.
04 — After graduation
Knowledge of international business and intercultural competence open doors wherever companies operate across borders. Here is an overview of the positions our graduates have taken on:
05 — Questions
A modern, broad-based business curriculum with a consistent focus on international markets, companies and teams. You study entirely in English, develop leadership and communication skills in hands-on team projects, and prepare specifically for an international management career. In addition, you have the opportunity to earn a double degree at our partner university VAMK in Vaasa, Finland.
An 18-week internship in semester four — in Germany or abroad — anchors the programme in real business practice. From semester one, our Career Network connects you with potential employers. On the guaranteed lecture-free days you also gain valuable professional experience as a working student. Your bachelor's thesis in semester six, too, is typically based on a real business challenge.
Our graduates launch their careers in consulting, marketing, finance, and project and business development — in Frankfurt, London, Warsaw, New York and many other international business hubs. If you want to build on your specialisation further, the English-taught M.A. Business Management with us is the ideal next step.
The German "(Fach-)Hochschulreife" (university entrance qualification) or an equivalent qualification. Depending on your country of origin, a started or already completed university degree may also be required. As the programme is taught entirely in English, English skills of at least level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) are required.
Yes. We put together an individual timetable with a reduced number of courses for you. This leaves enough time for work, family, side jobs or other personal commitments. The duration of study is extended accordingly, but the total tuition fees remain identical to those of the full-time programme.
