The International Business Master is held entirely in English to prepare you for an international work setting. The 3 semester fast-track is for bachelor's graduates with at least 210 ECTS. The curriculum combines core management competencies with the key topics shaping the future of business. Alongside ethics, leadership, innovation management, and international sales, you will develop expertise in digital transformation, data analytics, and business intelligence. The program is complemented by advanced research methods and a master's thesis, allowing you to apply your knowledge to real-world business challenges. What You'll Learn:
The curriculum combines core management competencies with the key topics shaping the future of business while offering additional opportunities for specialization. Alongside ethics, leadership, innovation management, and international sales, you will deepen your expertise in digital transformation, data analytics, innovation & entrepreneurship, and international marketing & sales. An integrated corporate or research internship allows you to apply your knowledge in a professional or academic environment before completing your master's thesis. What You'll Learn:

05 — Questions
In your M.A. Business Management, you build management competencies over the first two semesters. You'll learn the strong action- and results-orientation of the Mannheim management approach and come to understand how companies and organisations exist in constant exchange with their environment. Through working-student roles or in-class case studies, you apply these new approaches directly in practice. Depending on your prior bachelor's degree, you can complete the M.A. Business Management in three or four semesters: with 210 ECTS in just three semesters, or with 180 ECTS via the four-semester variant. A semester abroad or professional experience can also be credited.
