Here's how your Organisational Psychology master's is structured.
Advanced knowledge in diagnostics and research methods, building on your bachelor's degree.
In two of the four applied subjects, you'll work on company projects with HdWM partner organisations.
An eight-week internship, either as a management placement at a company or as a research project.
In cooperation with the Wieslocher Institut für systemische Lösungen (WISL), completed part-time alongside your studies within two years.

This advanced business psychology degree builds on your bachelor's studies in the field and gives you further knowledge in diagnostics and research methods. You'll also deepen your psychological foundations in personality, differential, and social psychology. The applied subjects provide the practical grounding, reinforced by real-world case studies. In two of the four applied subjects, you'll work on company projects with HdWM partner organisations. Depending on your career goals, the eight-week internship in semester two can be completed as a management placement at a company or as a research project.
Yes. In cooperation with the Wieslocher Institut für systemische Lösungen (WISL), you can complete training as a systemic counsellor within two years, alongside your Organisational Psychology master's. The training schedule is aligned with the HdWM curriculum and leaves enough room to work alongside your studies. This qualification is especially sought after in HR and management consulting.
