Annette Kaufmann

Annette Kaufmann is a Lecturer in Social Work with more than 25 years of experience in higher education, adult learning, and systemic counseling. She holds degrees in Business Administration and Theology and is a certified Systemic Therapist. Throughout her career, she has specialized in the education and development of professionals and leaders, team management, and vocational training. In addition to her role at HdWM, she teaches in vocational business education and works as a systemic therapist.

At HdWM, she teaches in the Social Work program, focusing on systemic assessment and intervention, social work with people with disabilities, and labor market-oriented social work. Her teaching combines business, social science, and ethical perspectives with extensive practical experience, placing a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary learning and real-world application.
