Lecturer
Dr. Niccolò Fiorini is a Lecturer and Researcher in Management at the University of Siena and also teaches in US university programs in Italy. He holds a PhD in Management, Innovation and Sustainability from the IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca. His academic career includes a visiting research position at the University of Cambridge and a Visiting Researcher role at Fraunhofer IAO.
His teaching and research focus on innovation and technology management, digital transformation, new ways of working, and the impact of emerging technologies on organizations and business models. At HdWM, he teaches New Work and Management in the Digital Working World, connecting management theories with practical applications and real-world business cases.
