Prof. Dr. Frank Stäudner

Prof. Dr. Frank Stäudner is Professor of Philosophy of Science and Research Methods with extensive experience in academia, higher education management, and science communication. He studied at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (formerly the University of Karlsruhe) and earned his doctorate from Friedrich Schiller University Jena. His professional career includes serving as Managing Director of the Academy for Continuing Scientific Education at Heidelberg University of Education, as well as senior leadership roles in communications and public affairs at the Stifterverband for German Science and the Leibniz Association.

His research and teaching focus on the philosophical foundations of management studies, business ethics, public affairs, and science communication. At HdWM, he equips students with strong research skills and promotes critical thinking and responsible decision-making in management.
