Lecturer
Prof. Dr. Lars Castellucci is Professor of Sustainable Management with a focus on Diversity and Integration Management. He studied at Heidelberg University and earned his doctorate from the Technical University of Darmstadt. Alongside his academic career, he has served as a lecturer at the Federal University of Applied Administrative Sciences and as a Senior Consultant at IFOK GmbH.
His research and teaching focus on sustainable management, diversity and integration management, social sustainability, and migration management. At HdWM, he combines academic expertise with practical experience to prepare students for responsible leadership in diverse organizations and an increasingly interconnected society.
