Prof. Dr. Özer Pinar

Prof. Dr. Özer Pinar is Professor of Quality and Process Management with extensive experience in academia, industry, and management consulting. He studied at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern and earned his doctorate from the University of Kassel. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions, including Head of Efficiency and Methodology, Production Director, and Management Consultant.

His research and teaching focus on quality and process management, quaternary education, migration studies, and project management. At HdWM, he combines academic expertise with extensive practical experience to prepare students for managing efficient processes and organizational change in today's dynamic business environment.
