Prof. Dr. Thomas Hermann is Professor of Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Management and Controlling. He studied Economics at the University of Bonn and earned his doctorate from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. His professional career combines academic research with publishing and management experience, including positions at WHU, Wolters Kluwer Germany, and Rudolf Haufe Publishing.
His research and teaching focus on corporate management, the history of management thought, socio-economic education, and sustainability and CSR reporting. At HdWM, he equips students with a strong foundation in business administration while promoting responsible and sustainable management practices.
