Thomas Willmann

Thomas Willmann is a Lecturer with extensive leadership experience in business, management, and people development. He studied at the University of Konstanz and completed executive management training at the Malik Management Center in St. Gallen. Throughout his career, he served as a Board Member of the Schwäbisch Hall Group and as Director of the Malik Management Center in St. Gallen. In addition, he works as a coach and consultant, supporting leaders and organizations in their professional and personal development.

His teaching focuses on corporate management, organizational development, leadership, and human resource development. At HdWM, he combines extensive executive experience with practice-oriented teaching to prepare students for leadership roles in today's dynamic business environment.
