You can withdraw from your contract within 14 days without indicating reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days after concluding the contract.
To make use of your right to withdrawal, inform us (Hochschule der Wirtschaft für Management (HdMW) gGmbH, Staatlich anerkannte Hochschule, Oskar-Meixner-Str. 4-6, 68163 Mannheim, Germany, Telephone: +49 (0)621 49089000, email: info@hdwm.org) about your decision to withdraw from the contract in an explicit declaration (e. g. a letter, fax, email). To do so, you can use the enclosed template of a cancellation form, which is however not compulsory.
To meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send off the announcement about the exertion of your right of withdrawal before the end of the cancellation period.
If the contract is cancelled, we have to refund all payments we received from you, including shipment (with the exception of additional costs that resulted from selecting a different mode of shipment than the cheap standard shipping we suggested), right away and at the latest within fourteen days counting from the day we received the notice of your withdrawal from the contract. For this refund, we use the same payment method that was used in the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise. In no case, you will be charged with fees for this refund.
If you demanded the services to begin during the cancellation period, you have to pay us an adequate sum that satisfies the portion of the services provided until the time you informed us about making use of your right of withdrawal. This sum has to be in relation to the total amount of the intended services of the cont- ract.
