Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to support students within the framework of our institutional policies. Our refund policy is outlined as follows:

  1. Students may withdraw from the study contract within 14 days of submission; the registration fee is non-refundable.
  2. In case of visa refusal, students must notify the university within 7 business days via email and provide a valid visa refusal letter.
  3. Upon visa refusal, any tuition fees paid will be refunded. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.
  4. If the visa is approved and the student still withdraws, no refund will be issued.

 

Deferral Policy

HdWM allows flexibility for students needing to postpone their admission. Our deferral policy is outlined below:

  1. Students may request a deferral to the next intake, subject to university approval.
  2. Deferral requests should be submitted to the admissions team with appropriate documentation or reasons.
  3. Students are advised to submit deferral requests within 14 days of the program start date.
  4. Late deferral requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  5. Only one deferral to the immediate next intake is permitted; further deferrals require payment of a new registration fee.
