This beautiful old building is located in Mannheim's Lindenhof district and is privately run. The coLodging offers a stylish ambience at fair prices. It is only a few minutes' walk to Mannheim's main train station, and the shopping arcade and the Rhine River are also within easy reach.
Students of the HdWM can move into their own room in a Business-WG with shared bathroom + kitchen (including cleaning on weekdays) at a daily rate of 55 Euro for 1 person and 63 Euro for 2 persons. From a minimum rental period of 1-6 months you pay only 29 Euro daily for 1 person and 38 Euro daily for 2 persons. Breakfast can be booked optionally for 6 Euro.

Private rooms in Edingen-Neckarhausen
This is a quiet house built in 1974, conveniently located on the outskirts of Mannheim Friedrichsfeld and Neu-Edingen. There is a 600 sqm green area around the house and by bike it is only a few minutes to the OEG stop and the Neckarwiese. The 95 sqm apartment was completely renovated in the fall of 2018. The rooms are tasteful, new and fully furnished. Pillows and bed linen are provided by the landlord. If there is a change of user, the room will be thoroughly cleaned.
Students of the HdWM can move into the 16 sqm room in the 4-person shared apartment for a rent of 460,- (including utilities). There is a deposit of 450 euros.
